Uniting a Full Capacity Crowd With Kygo at Red Rocks
After 18 long months, famed electronic music producer Kygo returned to live shows with a sold-out, full-capacity event at the iconic Red Rocks Amphitheater in Denver, Colorado.
On June 24, nearly 9,500 fans were present to see Kygo at the open-air venue. As expected, fan energy was through the roof!

Setting the stage for a memorable show:
The PixMob team on-site for the day of the event helped distribute the wristbands to the excited crowd. We also worked closely with the show Lighting Designer to demonstrate our technology's quick and sharp effects.
Everyone at the event received a wristband that was timecoded to the lighting design and synced to the music. The LED wristbands lit up the dark moments at the event and also amplified big moments with the Pyro and other elements. The crowd was singing along, waving their arms in the air, thoroughly enjoying themselves. The energy at the show was palpable.

After working with another vendor with limited capabilities, the Lighting Designer was excited to learn that they could fully timecode the wristband effects to the actual light show. The LD could integrate energy-creating effects down to the very minute, with valleys and peaks that were entirely in sync with the music. This, combined with a stage nestled in the perfectly acoustic surroundings of Red Rocks, created a truly unique experience for the audience.
