WHAT YOU'LL DO WITH US:

  • Manage, maintain and improve our major IT systems and its data quality (Salesforce, RootStock and HubSpot);
  • With the help of the IT Management, analyze ongoing business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and automation;
  • Assist in training users on changes and best practices;
  • Manage the integration points of a full implementation of FinancialForce (2019) and a business dashboard (2020).

As a system administrator:
  • Provide day-to-day end user support of the CRM application and related systems to all levels of the organization;
  • Manage and maintain CRM and its related applications;
    Complete bulk imports and exports of data;
  • Regularly perform database deduping and cleanup procedures ;
  • Create and manage custom objects, fields and workflows;
  • Manage user accounts and permissions;
  • Create and refine reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity;
  • Manage and implement best practices for creating and refreshing sandboxes and migration of data/metadata;
  • Manage and communicate a schedule for future releases/enhancements.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a Salesforce.com administrator
  • Proficient in data management
    Experience understanding and analyzing business needs, designing solutions based on needs, documenting functional requirements and assessing business impact
  • Experience with system development life cycle (SDLC) and system management processes, including requirements management, design, configuration and user acceptance testing
  • Solid understanding of accounts, leads, opportunities and contacts

NICE TO HAVE:

  • Experience with Data Loader, major asset
  • Experience with the Salesforce API
  • 2 years experience with Apex and Visualforce/lightning development
  • Strong team player with a customer service-oriented attitude
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and detail orientation with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing in English and French
  • Salesforce.com Administrator and Developer certifications
