WHAT YOU'LL DO WITH US:
Manage, maintain and improve our major IT systems and its data quality (Salesforce, RootStock and HubSpot);
With the help of the IT Management, analyze ongoing business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and automation;
Assist in training users on changes and best practices;
Manage the integration points of a full implementation of FinancialForce (2019) and a business dashboard (2020).
As a system administrator:
Provide day-to-day end user support of the CRM application and related systems to all levels of the organization;
Manage and maintain CRM and its related applications; Complete bulk imports and exports of data;
Regularly perform database deduping and cleanup procedures ;
Create and manage custom objects, fields and workflows;
Manage user accounts and permissions;
Create and refine reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity;
Manage and implement best practices for creating and refreshing sandboxes and migration of data/metadata;
Manage and communicate a schedule for future releases/enhancements.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
Minimum of 2 years experience as a Salesforce.com administrator
Proficient in data management Experience understanding and analyzing business needs, designing solutions based on needs, documenting functional requirements and assessing business impact
Experience with system development life cycle (SDLC) and system management processes, including requirements management, design, configuration and user acceptance testing
Solid understanding of accounts, leads, opportunities and contacts
NICE TO HAVE:
Experience with Data Loader, major asset
Experience with the Salesforce API
2 years experience with Apex and Visualforce/lightning development
Strong team player with a customer service-oriented attitude
Demonstrated organizational skills and detail orientation with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing in English and French
Salesforce.com Administrator and Developer certifications
