Our growing team is currently looking for a Production Coordinator.

MAIN FUNCTIONS:

  • Assist Project Managers in the organization of events (note taking, follow-up of deadlines and preparation of documents);
  • Manage schedule of the Production team and the allocation of projects;
  • Manage and update project documentation and useful information to the Production team;
  • Plan and organize trip and travel of the Production team, and prepare the necessary documentation;
  • Manage visa applications for trip abroad;
  • Take charge of the expense accounts, daily allowances (Perdiems) and packages of the Production team;
  • Manage the bank of freelancers;
  • Monitor payments (freelancers, suppliers)
  • Assist the Production team’s Director and the Executive Producer;
  • Perform all other administrative tasks related to the projects.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma of College Studies (DEC) in Communication, Management, Visual Arts or any other relevant training
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a coordination position
  • Proficiency of English and French, both oral and written
  • Mastery of MS Office suite software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

CANDIDATE'S PROFILE:

  • Experience in a field related to visual arts, events or interactive media, an asset
  • Great interpersonal skills, positive attitude and professionalism
  • Attention to detail, good priority management and resourcefulness
  • Autonomy, initiative, adaptability and strong organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask, work under pressure and in a team
  • Good sense of responsibility and ability to meet deadlines

TERMS:

  • 40 hours per week
  • Salary determined according to experience
