What you'll do with us
Evaluate current manufacturing processes and research new manufacturing techniques, assembly, and new tools and materials, in order to reduce costs and improve our efficiency
Develop manufacturing processes based on the study of product requirements, performing unguided research, creating, modifying and testing existing manufacturing processes and equipment on the market
Make improvements to manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning the "workflow", space requirements and equipment layout
Confirm the validity of the manufacturing processes by checking the quality of the resulting products
Guide supply decisions by calculating production capacity
Validate the design and the BOM of the R&D before the manufacturing breaks
Participate in the development of non-standard products by translating technological requirements into Hardware files (Gerber, BOM, Schematic), by evaluating the manufacturing feasibility and by participating in the cost evaluation
Research and test alternative components in order to reduce costs and improve products
Document and keep up to date data related to manufacturing processes and alternative components
Analyze the compatibility of existing products on the market
