What you'll do with us

Below is a sample of activities you would contribute to PixMob. We would seek your experience for guidance on what is the most effective approach.

Marketing Strategy
  • Define strategy aligning sales strategy and overall business strategy of business unit
  • Determine execution plan, budget and follow up point
  • Participate in daily management meeting 

Market Analysis
  • Assess data from Salesforce CRM to evaluate leads quality and identify trends
  • Evaluate better ways to capture data into our systems
  • Find new market data relevant to our market segments to inform decision making
  • Provide managerial advice based on analysis
  • Evaluate our customers’ satisfaction systematically

Brand Strategy
  • Evaluate brand positioning
  • Provide recommendations for developing our brand for the most valuable segments
  • Execute activities to strengthen the PixMob brand
  • Revise and improve web presence and content

Communication Campaigns
  • Develop a lead generation strategy campaign based on market analysis
  • Develop visual content
  • Execute 3 to 4 on-site campaigns per year at relevant trade shows
  • Measure the effects of digital campaigns in a continuous improvement approach
  • Deepen understanding of key market segments as well as geographic markets by monitoring trends and staying informed

Execution
  • Take part hands on in the deployment of various marketing activities
  • Prepare board-level reviews of marketing activities

What you'll bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing
  • 5 to 10 years of experience as a marketing lead in a business operating the field of technology, or entertainment or international business
  • Understanding of the entertainment industry, notably live touring and pro sports
  • Native bilingual level in French and English (95% of work output will need to be in English)
  • Proven ability to prioritize, set goals and to measure progress accordingly
  • Patience, diplomacy and strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Flexibility in operating within developing structures and comfort with frequently changing priorities

Nice to have

  • International work experience particularly in the US and/or Europe
  • Ability to speak additional languages (Spanish, Arabic, Korean, Japanese).


The position may inclued

  • International travel to meet clients and attend PixMob events (up to 20%)
